Overview
A competitive arena combat game where players craft their own magic spells through a visual node editor and forge custom weapons through a modular smithing system. Fight in 1v1, 2v2, or larger team battles using builds entirely of your own creation. The hub city serves as a living social space where players craft, trade, show off their gear, and challenge each other to duels.
Core Fantasy
The player is a creator-combatant. Every spell they cast was designed by their own hand. Every weapon they wield was forged in their own workshop. Victory comes not just from reflexes and timing, but from the ingenuity of what you built before you ever stepped into the arena.
Crafting Systems
Arcane Sequencer (Spell Crafting)
A node-based spell editor allowing millions of unique spell combinations. Players connect trigger, element, shape, modifier, and behavior nodes to create custom spells. A simplified view helps beginners while an advanced mode reveals the full node library.
Modular Forge (Weapon Smithing)
Physical weapons assembled from interchangeable components — blades, hafts, guards, grips, and pommels — each with meaningful stat and playstyle implications. Material quality and component combinations determine the weapon's characteristics.
Spellblade Fusion
Slot magic into forged weapons through enchantment to create hybrid gear. Weapons gain spell triggers (on-hit effects, charged abilities, passive auras) that blur the line between martial and magical combat.

Status
Game design document (v0.2) is complete with detailed systems for combat, crafting, classes, and the hub city. No development has started. This is a concept-stage project.
