The brand operates on a zero-inventory model with on-demand manufacturing, eliminating waste and upfront capital requirements.
Brand Manifesto

Manufacturing Pipeline
Base garments are Independent Trading Co. Heavyweight Hoodies (450gm) — premium blanks selected for durability and weight. Fabrication is handled by Apliiq in Los Angeles using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. Custom touches include woven black neck labels and an embroidered bracket logo on the cuff.
Business Model
Zero-inventory strategy using Shopify webhooks. When an order comes in, Shopify fires a webhook to Apliiq, which prints and ships directly to the customer. No warehouse, no surplus stock, no waste.
